Ocean Exploration
Scuba Diving & Snorkeling
Los Arcos, considered one of Mexico’s premier diving spots, is an eco-reserve along the coast of Banderas Bay. Combining excellent diving with an extraordinary beach, Las Caletas is a preferred locale. One of Mexico’s most notable diving areas, the Marietas Island Marine Reserve is just off the northern coast of Bahia de Banderas.
Sailing & Windsurfing
An excellent way to experience the grandeur of the ocean and the shoreline. Day trips introduce you to humpback whales, dolphins, sea turtles and rays, while sunset cruises showcase the fiery sky and the twinkling lights of Puerto Vallarta. Or enjoy a great sense of freedom as your windsurfer skims across the water.
Sea Kayaking and Surfing
Spend a fun-filled day in a kayak navigating the waters and exploring the natural wonders. If you prefer, surf the waves on your own two feet or by riding a boogie board.
Sports Fishing
Sport Fishing enthusiasts try their luck at catching Blue, Striped and Black Marlin, Dorado, Amberjack, Sailfish, Wahoo, and many others in the waters off Punta Mita. Whether in Banderas Bay or the Pacific Ocean, the action awaits from the deck of a luxurious sportfishing boat.
Swimming with Dolphins
Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer or a beginner, this unique experience is one that you’ll treasure. The adventure begins with an educational introduction to the dolphins’ habitat and “way of thinking”. What follows is an aquatic experience you won’t soon forget.
Whale Watching
From December to April, Humpback whales frequent the Bay of Banderas. Watch them as they breach the water and splash down in their magical “sea ballet” and listen as they sing their mystical songs.

Oceanfront Golf
Golf enthusiasts have two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses to choose from, Punta Mita Bahia and the newest, Punta Mita Pacifico. Test your putting technique on the Bahia Golf Course, with its undulating fairways and greens. Pacifico Golf Course offers stunning panoramic views of the Pacific.
Courts
Punta Mita is currently home to eight tennis courts, two of which are lighted for evening play. The Tennis Club also has a pro shop, towel bar and offers professional instruction. On our property we have a tennis court that also acts as a basketball and pickleball court.

Canopy Tour
Adventurers visit a private eco-reserve in the heart of the tropical forest of the Sierra Madre Mountains. Traveling on a series of zip lines from platform to platform, people of all abilities are able to traverse high above the floor of the rainforest, enjoying remarkable sights including glorious flowers, colorful tropical birds, and interesting reptiles.
Expedition
Guests travel through the Mexican outback of the Sierra Madre Mountains in a specially designed Mercedes Benz SUV. You’ll venture through mountain streams and rugged terrain to “discover” forgotten villages and stand awestruck at the rainforest’s phenomenal floral and fauna. Your journey also includes a visit to a secluded coastline, where you’ll enjoy a delightful lunch.
Horseback Riding
Saddle up for an unforgettable adventure with a team of expert equestrian guides. Ride through lush forests, winding rivers, and rolling hills, as you experience the natural beauty of the area in a truly unique way. Bilingual tour guides will regale you with fascinating stories about the history and culture of the region, as you explore picturesque landscapes on horseback.
